Roland Foster
Estimating Manager / Cost Planner
Roland brings more than a decade of experience in cost planning, estimating and procurement across Education, Residential, Commercial, Defence and Government projects.

His expertise spans both new-build developments and complex refurbishment work, providing clients with accurate cost intelligence from project inception through to tender.

As Estimating Manager, Roland leads the preparation of detailed cost plans, value management strategies and risk assessments, ensuring project scope, budget and delivery objectives remain aligned. His collaborative approach helps clients make informed decisions while achieving cost certainty and maximising project value.

Roland holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (majoring in Quantity Surveying) and is an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Nolita Ryan
Design Director, NSW Registered Architect (Reg. No. 9888)
Nolita is a Registered Architect with more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the Education, Defence, Life Sciences and Commercial sectors. She has built a reputation for leading multidisciplinary design teams and translating client objectives into innovative, practical and high-performing built environments. She works with and alongside our construction teams to maintain design intent while addressing buildability issues and mitigating site delays and budget overrun.

Recognised for her leadership and contribution to the industry, Nolita was awarded the 2025 NAWIC ACT Crystal Vision Award and represented the Territory at the 2026 NAWIC National Awards.

Nolita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Diploma in Project Management and Diploma in Management.
